How billing works

  • Minutes are the time your AI receptionist spends on your calls. Once a call reaches your team, the rest doesn't count.
  • Your price stays the same for 12 months.
  • Move up or down a plan any time. We never change your plan without your OK.

Privacy

What happens to your calls.

  • Callers hear that the call is recorded at the start of every call.
  • Your call records belong to you. We use them only to run your service.
  • We never sell your data or use it for anyone else.
  • Recordings are deleted after 90 days. If you leave, we delete your data within 30 days.
  • Each business's data is kept separate.

Who is it for?

Can I name my AI receptionist?

Yes. You choose its name and greeting. It always tells callers it’s an AI.

How is this different from a $49 AI app?

Those apps are do-it-yourself. We build yours with you, test every type of call before it goes live and keep an eye on it after.

Will callers know they're talking to an AI?

Yes. It says so at the start of every call. During your hours, callers can ask for a person.

Do I keep my phone number?

Yes. You forward calls to us, and your number never changes. To stop, you turn off forwarding.

What if it can't answer a question?

It doesn't guess. It takes the caller's details and sends the request to your team.

Can it book into my calendar?

Yes, with connected calendars. If your booking system isn't connected yet, it saves the request and your team confirms. Ask us about your system.

How long does setup take?

Most businesses are live about a week after we sign.

Do you only work in Kansas City?

No. We're based in Kansas City and meet local businesses in person. Everywhere else in the U.S., we set up by video call.

Is there a long contract?

No. Choose month to month and cancel with 30 days' notice. Or choose 12 months and pay no setup fee.

Do unused minutes carry over?

No. Each month starts fresh. If you often use less, a smaller plan may save you money. We'll tell you.

Does it speak Spanish?

Spanish conversations are coming soon. Today, Spanish-speaking callers are flagged so your team can call them back.

Do you build anything besides receptionists?

Yes. Tell us the problem. If AI can solve it well, we’ll quote a custom solution. If it can’t, we’ll say so.

Is it an emergency service?

No. For emergencies, it tells callers to call 911 and alerts your team. It does not replace 911.
